Do I need a technical background?
Not at all. The platform handles all the technology. Your job is business development — finding service businesses in your territory, onboarding them through our guided wizard, and maintaining the relationship. We handle the AI, the calls, the billing, and the reporting.
How is my territory protected?
Your territory is protected while you are an active partner in good standing. No other Pinnacle partner will be assigned to your ZIP codes during that time. Territories are sized around 500 qualified service businesses and awarded on a first-approved basis — applying sooner secures your market.
What does the onboarding process look like after approval?
Once approved, your onboarding link arrives by email automatically. Complete your agreement, W-9, and payout setup — takes about 10 minutes. Then you get immediate access to your partner portal, training academy, and a pre-built client onboarding wizard. The platform is designed so you can onboard your first client the same day you're approved — your portal, tools, and prospect list are ready the moment you activate.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly via your choice of ACH direct deposit, Zelle, or Venmo. You also have the option to request an early payout at any time through your partner dashboard. Full visibility into every client's billing status and your commission balance in real time.
Is there a fee to become a partner?
There is no franchise fee or large upfront cost. You are an independent contractor, not a franchisee. What you bring is your time, your local market knowledge, and your drive to build a book of clients. The platform and technology are provided at no cost to you.
