Pinnacle Intake provides AI-powered call handling services for service-based businesses. Our platform deploys AI agents to answer inbound calls, book appointments, capture lead information, handle FAQs, and perform other telephone-based tasks on behalf of clients. Services are delivered through independent partners who manage client relationships within defined territories.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinnacle Intake, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

The Pinnacle Intake platform, ARIA and related AI agent names, brand identity, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Pinnacle Intake. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other license is granted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brazoria County, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
